Excellent experience
Harley Exteriors was a pleasure to work with. They worked really hard to secure us a loan, we're timely and efficient, and knocked the project out quickly! Communication could have been better in the beginning, but once the project was underway, everything went smoothly.
Good experience
I'm happy with the whole experience, working with Harley Exteriors. The Company representatives with very willing to spend time discussing the project, and, answering questions that I had (there were many). After a little negotiation, the cost of the windows was quite competitive, and, fair (we had arranged for four bids before deciding on a contractor). The installation guys - very pleasant to work with - ended up putting in a long day to ensure that things were right, and, left instructions to contact them if there were further questions, or, if anything seemed amiss. Sometime later, we received a follow-up call to see if everything was still all right (it was). Overall, I'm quite pleased with how things turned out.
Beautiful windows
My windows were very old casement windows. Did not much for blocking the heat and the cold. The Harley replacement windows are amazing and look great, the difference inside and outside is amazing. The installers were polite, knowledgeable and took excellent care of my home and window sills. Everything was completed in one day and they left the area clean. The sales team was very good at working with together to create the right fit and timing. These windows are top quality, and I know that I will be taken care of should anything be needed. Exceptional Service
The entire process was exceptional from beginning to end. All inquiries were addressed by a knowledgeable team. There was no pressure during the in-home quote process. The majority of the experience involved educating us about the various options available. Once we selected our preferred windows, the installation was carried out by a remarkable team. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism and friendliness, while also showing respect for our home and property. We could not have asked for a better experience. The windows are outstanding.
Window install
We recently had seven windows installed by Harley. Everything went smooth from beginning to end and the communication was great. We are really enjoying our new windows! I would recommend them to anyone in the market for windows.

Good service
The initial gutters I was sold didn't fit because of my roof. They had no trouble substituting gutters that fit, rescheduling, and reimbursing me the difference in a timely manner.
