Customer service was great. Quick scheduling date for installation. Date was kept and installation was done on same day as stated. Liked the window product. Had flip up or removal to aid in cleaning. Windows had double locks vs single lock for security. Windows will block the heat compared to older windows like the ones I am replacing. They state their prices are in the middle and I agree. Would recommend to others.
