Above and beyond
He was extremely thorough. He offered to go to Home Depot to get a tarp to cover the leak until the roof could be replaced. I told him that I had a couple cans of flex seal and wondered if that would work. He read the can, went back onto the roof and sprayed the seal around all the vents, pipes and chimney. He offered to come back and help me with the out-of-control blackberry bushes on a day off. I probably won't do that but it's so nice to have the option. You can tell that he really admires the Harley company and what they stand for. The pride shines through! I was just like that before I retired. You can see that it's more than just a job.
