We had our 28 year old vinyl windows replaced in October ‘24. Right in time to hopefully save us money through the winter. I didn’t realize how cold my office was in the morning until after the new windows were in and the office was noticeably warm in the mornings. As we haven’t had any hot summer days to test out the windows against summer weather, I’m very pleased with their performance in the mid-20s we have been experiencing recently. The installation crew that showed up was very professional. We were originally told that it would take 8-9 hours to replace the windows, but the crew was done in 6! Partly this is because I was planning on replacing all the window sills and framing anyways so they didn’t need to bother putting the old back in, but I was very impressed with how quickly they worked. Part of me expected, given how quick they installed, that we would find a small leak somewhere, but even during the huge wind and rainstorm that battered our house, the windows kept the elements outside. Thank you Harley Exteriors! I have already recommended you to multiple people in the market for windows.

Windows installation went really well. So far I am happy with the looks of windows and they are keeping my living room comfortable. Anticipating my electric bill to be much lower during the winter.

Fantastic product and installation experience
We originally just wanted a quote for a new front door, but the gentleman they had come out noticed that several of our 42 year old windows were close to coming out. We ended up buying all new windows and went with the higher end option and are so glad we did. The installation was a breeze. They kept their work area clean and were able to replace 7 windows and 1 slider in less than 7 hours. We are very happy and this was money well spent.

Very good but I would have appreciated if the installer would have replaced the alarm sensors on the windows.
