Gutters that work!!
I am so happy with my new gutters that actually work (as opposed to my previous Leaf Filter gutters). Rain actually goes into the gutters and down the downspouts! The crew that was here were top notch! He advised the gutters that were to be installed would not work properly due to the extreme pitch to the roof. He consulted with Harley and me about installing a metal filtering system with a lip to keep water from running over the edge. Since installation the gutters actually work correctly with no runoff. Since the crew was up on the roof I inquired if there was any moss accumulation since I cannot see the North side of the roof. He confirmed there was some moss so I asked if he knew roof cleaners so I could hire someone to clean it and apply Moss Out. He said if I had the product he would be happy to apply it for me which he did. I also asked them if they would save a piece of the old gutter because I have one short section that needed a replacement gutter where rainwater drips like a waterfall at the outer edge of my upper deck. I store dry firewood under there. He got me a piece of old gutter and even installed it for me. I can’t tell you how very grateful this old widow is to have such kind and thoughtful people working for me and willingly went above and beyond to get the job done right. God bless them!
