Harley Exteriors is seeking a dependable, enthusiastic, and ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The position will focus on spending time with customers in their home through various sales activities. We are seeking individuals who have a background in providing quality customer service. The position is most ideal for an honest and driven individual who demonstrates strong communication skills, presentation, and negotiation skills. We offer an excellent compensation plan with 100% commission, bonuses, and unlimited earning potential.

Harley Exteriors offers Replacement Windows, Roofing Installation & Other Home Improvements for Residents of Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, & Nearby Communities in Western WA. Family-owned and operated, Harley Exteriors is proud of its team of expert installation professionals for its reputation of providing superior customer service. Since 2002, we’ve been installing custom replacement windows, as well as fiberglass shingle roofing, to homeowners in the Pacific Northwest.

• Must be ambitious and results oriented.
• Persuasive, professional and personable communication skills with customers, including strong negotiation skills.
• Competent to close leads.
• Ability to schedule with the ability to travel during days, evenings, and every other Saturday.
• Have a background and understanding in providing excellent customer service.
• Sales experience a plus but not required.
